Printing Press

An issue with The Paris News' computer-to-plate printer persists this morning, and the newspaper will be printed offsite. Because its printing will be squeezed into another press' schedule, Tuesday's home delivery and delivery to store racks will be late.

The newspaper's E-Edition is available now, and all subscribers have access to the digital edition as part of their subscription.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

We have not received a paper out on Lamar County Road 15240 Since October 7. I know that the papers are getting to Deport because I saw them at the local store. It would be nice if we were notified that our paper delivery person had quit and that a substitute could not be found. I can read my paper online, although I cannot get my grocery circulars, coupons, etc. that way. Many of the older folks cannot do that, however. I find it very rude to charge for something you cannot deliver.
