Curtis Ray Pritchett Jr., 42, of The Woodlands, Texas, formerly of Paris, Texas, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at his home. 

Survivors include, his spouse, Davonne Kwan; daughter, Mileena Kwan-Justice; daughter, Brianna Sierra Pritchett; brothers, Todd Pritchett, of Humble, Texas, Ricky C. Gamblin, of Paris, Texas, Scott D. Wharton, of Paris, Texas and Glendle R. (Billy) Wharton; sister-in-law, Molly Carpenter, of Chicota, Texas; two aunts; two uncles; nephews, Parker Kincaid and Justin Gamblin, of Lamar County; several cousins; Godfather, Jasper Cunningham, of Mississippi; and good friends, Jose and Orlando, of The Woodlands.

Curtis was preceeded in death by his mother, Eugenia “Kay” Scalf Logsdon; father, Curtis Ray “Robert” Pritchett; grandmother, Geneva McKray Scalf; grandfather, Solomon Marion Scalf; grandparents Pritchett, of Humble, Texas; and son, Brian Pritchett.

Curtis cherished his family and especially his daughter “Bri Bri”. He was a loving brother, son and friend and enjoyed nature. 

He worked at the Woodland Resort Center, with over 14 years of service.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Garden Oaks Funeral Home, 13430 Bellaire Blvd., Houston, TX.
