Shred Day

First Federal Bank in Paris is hosting a shred day today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

First Federal Community Bank in Paris is welcoming the community to bring its most sensitive paperwork for free shredding.

The free community-wide Shred Day is taking place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at the bank's 3010 NE Loop 286 branch. Bank statements, medical records, tax returns and other sensitive documentation that is no longer needed will be shredded.

Every item brought will be recycled, according to First Federal Community Bank. Residents are invited to bring plastic bags, bottles, newspapers and aluminum cans as well.
