North Lamar High School students portray U.S. historical figures

Dennis Hodgkiss’s first and sixth periods AP U.S. History classes at North Lamar High School dressed as significant figures from U.S. history on Oct. 8 for their independent studies projects. In this “Meeting of Minds” project, the students portrayed historical figures as they intermingled with each other allowing 18th century individuals such as Alexander Hamilton to have dialogue with 19th century historical figures such as Wyatt Earp or 21st century figures like Barack Obama.
