First Federal Spirit Card Program generates money for North Lamar

North Lamar ISD Superintendent Kelli Stewart, left, accepts a check in the amount of $3,773 from First Federal Community Bank’s North Lamar Panther Spirit Card Program. Assistant Vice Presidents Lisa Butler and Tina Freelen presented the check. When bank customers use the school-branded Spirit Card Program in a PIN-less transaction, money is generated and a percentage is given back to the school district as a donation. Since the program’s inception in 2009, First Federal has exceeded $101,000 in total contribution to area schools.
