The Lamar County Grand Jury has indicted Clenton Eugene Neal, 54, of Paris, as a repeat offender, charged with murder with a deadly weapon.

According to a Lamar County Sheriff’s Office report March 7, Neal was wanted on warrants for intoxicated assault with serious bodily injury and intoxicated assault with serious bodily injury with a vehicle as a deadly weapon.

Descriptions of Neal were given, and the public was asked to assist law enforcement in locating him. Neal was arrested March 8, and he remains in Lamar County Jail on intoxicated assault with a vehicle charges from an incident that occurred in August 2018, according to court records. Bail is set at $100,000.

Other Lamar County indictments delivered last week include two cases of indecency with a child by exposure. Ronald Bishop, 49, of Paris, and Jason Gordon Grant Castor, 39, also of Paris, both received true bills.

Monica Lynn Allen, possession of a controlled substance, more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams.

Brian Kinley Baughn, nine counts violation of a protective order with previous conviction, habitual offender.

Jeremy Lynn Berry, two counts aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Duston Delarosa, deadly conduct; discharge firearm.

Samantha Dillard, three counts of theft less than $2,500 with two prior convictions; evading arrest with vehicle/deadly weapon.

Jason Mark Draper, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram.

Jeffery Charles Fendley, possession with intent to deliver more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams, repeat offender.

Alex Wayne Goforth, evading arrest with prior conviction, repeat offender.

Tonya Kaye Henery, forgery of financial instrument/ elderly, habitual offender.

Parris Quintez Hughes, possession with intent to deliver more than 28 grams, less than 200 grams.

Justin Case Lindsey, assault with prior conviction.

Lacosta Danielle Litchfield, theft more than $750, less than $2,500; two counts tamper with government record to defraud, harm.

Jarred Lynn Lowrey, theft, more than $2,500, less than $30,000.

Wesley Lance Manning, failure to register as sex offender 10 years.

Joshua Wayne Manuel two indictments of theft less than $2,500 with two prior convictions.

Hailey Nicole McMikel, theft more than $2,500, less than $30,000.

Justin Edward Mixon, driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

Jason Don Prunty, evading arrest with a vehicle.

Ricky Ray Richards, possession of controlled substance more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams.

Timothy Len Shehan, assault, impede breathing, repeat offender; continued violence against family.

Garrett Wayne Taylor, burglary of a building; two counts criminal mischief greater than $2,500, less than $30,000.

Shauna Brooke Ward, possession of controlled substance, less than 1 gram.

Michael Wayne Yearwood, false name, information on forgery of vehicle registration.
