Joe Woodson Ribble
Joe Woodson Ribble, 86, of Paris passed away Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009, at his residence.
Interment was held Monday, Oct. 26, in Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of the Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.
He was born May 22, 1923, in Roxton, a son of Elbert Auswell and Laura Beatrice Arnold Ribble. He was a graduate of Paris High School, served in the Army Air Corp during World War II and retired from Adams Resources & Energy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alyne L. Jones Ribble in 1994; his parents; and his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his son, Brian Kevin Ribble and wife, Samantha; and two grandchildren, Brooklyn Alyne Ribble and Colton Turner.
