Martha Edna Leeman Bryant
LADONIA — Martha Edna Leeman Bryant, 93, of Ladonia passed away Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, in Ladonia.
Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, at the Methodist Church in Ladonia with the minister, Carolyn Allbritton and Sam Bush officiating. Interment is to be held in the Ladonia Cemetery under the direction of the Delta Funeral Home.
The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born in Pecan Gap Feb. 1916, to Howard King Leeman an Amanda Lou Yeager Leeman. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
She married San W. Bryant Feb. 14, 1916 and he preceded her in death June 22, 2001.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Lucretia White; and a great-granddaughter Jessica Threlkeld.
She is survived by daughters, Martha Shelby of Paris, Sara Sue and husband, Lyndal Burnett of Ladonia and Sammye and husband, Sam Bush, of Ladonia; four grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren; three step- grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
