HUGO, Okla. – Charles B. “Cotton” Davis, 83, of Fort Towson, Okla., passed away Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009, in Paris.

Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, at Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel with burial in Fort Towson Cemetery.
