Harris-Franklin
Vivian G. Edwards of Manchester, Texas and Jerry J. Harris of Paris, Texas proudly announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter LaTwanya P. Harris to Darren D. Franklin.
The couple will be married at five o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, October 3, 2009, at New Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Paris, Texas. Reverend Connice G. Mayes will officiate the ceremony.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mary E. Roberts and Eli Roberts of Manchester, Texas and Emma and Nathaniel Harris of Kanawha, Texas. She is a 2001 graduate of Detroit High School.
The fiancé is the son of Alice Anderson and the late Doyle Anderson. He is the grandson of the late Lillie Tinner and the late John D. and the late Florida Mae Anderson all of Roxton, Texas. He is a 1995 graduate of Roxton High School.
All relatives and friends are invited.
