CLARKSVILLE – Jeremy Dewayne Gaddis, 36, of Annona died Monday, Dec. 21, 2009.

Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 24, at Lindeman Chapel with Rev. Tracy Williams officiating. Clarksville Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23.
