Cindy Carper (Johnson), 42, of Rattan, Okla., died Friday, Sept. 28, 2009, in Hugo, Okla.

Funeral services are set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel.

Visitation is to be from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, at the funeral home.
