Fisher-Armstrong
Mr. and Mrs. Karl K. Fisher of Wylie, Texas proudly announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Leah Karen Fisher to Levi Armstrong of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The couple will be married March 20, 2010, at the Swingin’ D Ranch in Parker.
The bride-elect’s grandparents are Don and Bettie Nesbit of Kaufman, Ken and Betty Fisher of Rowlett and the late Karen Fisher. She is a 2004 graduate of Wylie High School and a 2009 graduate of Texas A&M University-College Station with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.
The groom-to-be is the son of Ben and Amber Armstrong of Paris. He is the grandson of James Welch, also of Paris. He graduated from North Lamar High School in Paris in 2002 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health from Texas A&M University-College Station in 2006. He is currently attending the University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, Colo., pursuing a doctorate in psychology. He is a health care case manager for the Pikes Peak Region YMCA.
