Otis Starlin
Otis Starlin, 62, of Paris passed away Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, at Paris Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services are set for 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church of Hugo, Okla., with Rev. S.F. Evans officiating. Interment is to be held in Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Maxey Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
He was born July 15, 1947, in Hugo to the late Charlie and Pauline Starlin of Paris. He was a retiree of Paris Housing Authority and a veteran of the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Levan Starlin.
He is survived by his spouse, Nancy Cooper Starlin of Paris; daughter, Yemesha Starlin of Paris; brothers, Curtis Starlin of Dallas; sisters, Charlene Bills of Newport News, Va., Mary Calvin of Hugo, Okla., Lutherine Starlin and Paulette Starlin, both of Dallas.
