Billie Louise Parker Allison
COOPER — Billie Louise Parker Allison, 80, of Pecan Gap passed away Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009, in Sherman.
Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Pecan Gap First Baptist Church. Interment is to follow in the Pecan Gap Cemetery under the direction of Delta Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, at the funeral home.
She was born in Rattan in Delta County Sept. 13, 1929, the daughter of Robert Finney Parker and Eula Mullins Parker. She was a mother and homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Pecan Gap.
Oct. 1, 1943, she married Ardell Allison, who preceded her in death Dec. 12, 1995. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Billie Ann; and a grandson, Daniel.
She is survived by her sons, Daniel Allison of Pecan Gap, James Allison of Austin and Paul Renia Allison of Pecan Gap; brother, Robert “Bob” Parker of Grand Prairie; and sisters, Eula Jean Miller of Honey Grove and JoAnn Perry of Baytown.
