Gracie Ellouise Price
COOPER — Gracie Ellouise Price, 81, of Cooper passed away Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009, in Wolfe City.
Memorial services are set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Jody Allen officiating.
She was born Aug. 24, 1928, in Cooper. She was the daughter of William Melton Chancellor and Effie Lula Studebaker Chancellor. For a number of years, she worked for the City of Mesquite. She married George Lee Price May 17, 1947, and he preceded her in death, Jan. 25, 1995.
She was preceded in death by a son, Herbert Wayne Price; sister, Betty Watkins; and brothers, Robert and William Chancellor.
She is survived by her sons, David Glenn Price of the Philippines, Daniel Ray Price of Lone Oak and James Lynn Price of Cooper; daughter, Patricia Foley Blundell of Klondike; sisters, Joyce Toles, Edna Reynolds and Alice Moore, all of Cooper; along with several grandchildren.
