Mr. and Mrs. L.V. Wallace Celebrate 50th Anniversary.
Mr. and Mrs. L.V. Wallace celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on September 6, 2009.
Joyce and L.V. were united in marriage September 6, 1959 at a private ceremony with family and close friends.
The couple has five children: Sheryl Chew and husband Fredrick of Orange County, California; Carol Hill and husband Eddie, Larry Wallace and wife Janice; Carmella Twitty and Carla Jackson and husband Steve all of Paris, Texas. They have twenty grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
L.V. retired from Babcock and Wilcox, and he currently works for the Paris Independent School District. Joyce worked at Westinghouse, before becoming a full-time homemaker.
Their children hosted a fabulous 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration in their honor, Sunday, August 30th at the Onyx Room-Best Western.
Family and friends attended the celebration.
