Mr. and Mrs. Bobby G. Horton Celebrate 50th Anniversary.
Bobby Gene Horton and Doris Wynell Reece were united in marriage on September 11, 1959 at the First United Methodist Church in Windom, Texas.
The couple has seven children: Keith Horton and wife Helen of Spokane, Washington, Ricky Horton and wife Cynthia of Paris, Randy Horton and wife Alison of Roxton, Barry Horton of Paris, Darla Taylor and husband Sandy of Soper, Oklahoma, Traci Shoemake and husband Steve of Paris and Staci Russell and husband Robby of Paris. They have 10 grandchildren: Brandon Horton, Christopher Horton, Randa Thompson, Channing Horton, Kurt Horton, Eric Horton, Haley Brown, Ashley Russell, Andrew Russell and Mallory Shoemake. They have six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
A reception hosted by their family will be held at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall in Roxton, Texas on Sunday, September 13, 2009 from 2-4 p.m.
