Timmy Joe Burnett
Timmy Joe Burnett, 48, of Paris passed away Monday, Oct. 19, 2009, at Paris Regional Medical Center.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, at Hickory Grove Cemetery with Bro. Gary Dennis officiating.
The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Timmy Joe, the son of Billy Joe and Martha Hodnett Burnett, was born Jan. 12, 1961, in Paris. He graduated from Paris High School and Paris Junior College. After working at Earthgrains/ Sara Lee for 15 years, he worked at the Roxton Feed Mill.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Burnett.
Survivors include his wife, Cristi Marie Burnett, whom he married Sept. 6, 2003; his mother, Martha, who lives in Paris; daughter, Tensie Burnett of Paris; granddaughter, Kaysiah Patterson of Paris; brother, Billy Burnett and wife, Penny, of Paris; very special niece and nephew, Jalee Burnett and Braley Joe Burnett; three step-children, Chad and Ashley Wolf of Yukon, Okla., Megan Wolf of Paris and Trent Wolf of Paris; an aunt, Bonnie Cunningham and husband, Gary, of Powderly; two cousins, Greg Clark and Jeffery Clark, both of Paris; his best friend, Kenny Helm of Paris; along with a host of other friends.
Honorary casketbearers will be James Loyd Armstrong, Myron Goodson, Kenny Helm, Kenny Ford, Timmy Goodson and Eddie Sikes.
