Fundraiser planned at proposed Circus Museum

HUGO, Okla. — Hugo’s Circus City Museum and Park hosts it first annual Circus Festival fundraiser Saturday at 702 E. Jackson St. in Hugo, on the grounds of the future museum and park.
Activities commence at 11 a.m. and run through 3 p.m. with tiger acts, a snake display, elephant rides, pony rides, a Moon Bounce for the kids, Chinese raffle, face painting and other activities. Concession stands will be open offering cotton candy, hot dogs, drinks and other refreshments.
Circus City Museum and Parks merchandise will be offered for sale during the festival, including T-shirts, caps, circus novelties and coloring books.
The plans for the proposed Circus City Museum and Park will also be on display.
