Fannin Co. grand jury returns 19 indictments

BONHAM — A Fannin County grand jury returned indictments in all 19 cases it heard this past week, including six sexual assaults and indecency with a child by sexual contact.
In addition, three aggravated assault cases brought indictments, and three people were indicted for forgery.
So far in 2009, Fannin grand juries have returned 230 true bills of indictment.
The following people were indicted:
• Rickey Allen Barnett, 27, of Ladonia, sex abuse of a child, continuous with a victim under 14; indecency with a child by sexual contact;
• Vaughn Ray Bell, 28, of Dodd City, possession of a controlled substance, methyienedioxy methamphetamine, more than one gram but less then four grams;
• Carlton Dwight Bridenthal, 23, of Denison, aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury;
• Demarco Marquell Chrismon, 23, of Sherman, bail jumping and failure to appear, felony;
• Baby Girl Cooper, 28, of Wolfe City, forgery of a financial instrument, two counts;
• Gregory Lynn Rodriguez Dady, 28, of Bonham, delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, more than four grams but less than 200 grams;
• Jonathan Paul Harris, 22, of Bonham, aggravated sexual assault;
• Dillon Michael Hill, 17, of Bonham, forgery of a financial instrument;
• James Edward Hope, 57, of Bonham, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; criminal mischief more than $20,000 but less than $100,000; unauthorized use of a vehicle;
• David Wayne Kizer Jr., 19, of Bonham, aggravated sexual assault;
• Paul David McCraw, 34, of Ivanhoe, burglary of a habitation;
• Bradley Keith Parsons, 37, of Cooper, driving while intoxicated, third or more;
• Donnie D. Peck, 49, of Randolph, sexual assault;
• Charlcene Swinney Walker, 50, of Leonard, injury to a child; and
• Brian Joedale Woolard, 29, of Leonard, aggravated assault against a public servant.
