Many offices to close during the holidays

In observance of the Christmas and New Year holidays, most governmental offices will be closed in the area.
The United States Postal Service offices will be closed Christmas and New Year days and open Saturday following each holiday.
The Texas Department of Public Services Driver License office was to close at noon today and will reopen Monday, Dec. 28. Customers can log on to www.texasonline.com to see if they are eligible for online services such as driver license and ID card renewals and address changes.
Lamar County offices will be closed Dec. 24-25 and Jan. 1.
Paris city offices will close Dec. 24 and 25 and Jan. 1. The sanitation department will not pick up trash Dec. 24 or 25 and will resume normal collection schedule on Monday, Dec. 28.
The city offices in Blossom and Reno will close Dec. 24 and 25 and Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.
Roxton city offices will close Dec. 24 and 25, with trash service moved to Saturday, Dec. 26.
Governmental offices in Red River County will be closed Dec. 24 and 25 and Jan. 1. Clarksville and Bogata city offices close at noon today and will reopen Monday. Dec. 28 for the Christmas holiday and will be closed Jan. 1 for the New Year holiday.
Delta County offices are closed until Monday, Dec. 28 and will be closed Jan. 1. The City of Cooper is closed through Monday, Dec. 28 and will be closed from noon Dec. 31 through Monday, Jan. 4.
Governmental offices for Choctaw County and the City of Hugo, Okla., will be closed Dec. 24 and 25 and Jan. 1.
Fannin County offices are closed through Monday, Dec. 28. Honey Grove city offices will be closed Dec. 24 and 25 and Jan. 1.
The Paris News office will close at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 24 and will reopen Monday, Dec. 28 for the Christmas holiday and close again at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 31 and will reopen Monday, Jan. 4.
