The couple will be married at six o’clock in the evening on Saturday, July 18, 2015, in a private ceremony at the home of the bride’s grandmother.  A reception will follow at Perry’s Off the Square.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Rachel Braswell and the late Judge Henry Braswell and the late Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Burrows. She is the step granddaughter of John Howison. She is a graduate of Paris High School and  the University of North Texas with a degree in Development and Family Studies. She is employed by Paris Independent School District as a third grade teacher at Aikin Elementary.

Her fiancé is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Frankie Horton of Dodd City, Texas and Mrs. Mildred Christine Nutt and the late Judge Fred Nutt of Paris. He is a graduate of Paris High School, Paris Jr. College, and Texas A&M  Commerce. He is employed by North Lamar Independent School District at Stone Middle School.
