Celebrate 50th Anniversary

Ray Spencer and Shirley Ervin met 52 years ago at the Paris Church of God and two years later on May 28, 1965, were married there where they still attend services. The Rev. Othoe Stegall performed the ceremony.

They will celebrate 50 years of marriage on Sunday, May 31st at Heritage Hall, 1009 Kaufman Street, from 1 o’ clock until 3 o’ clock with family and friends. The event will not only celebrate their life as husband and wife, but as parents of their two sons, Paul Ray and John Mark, and their wives and children.

Friends are invited to come by and share memories and renew friendships. Your presence is your gift.

“How can one truly define what love is? Its concepts are just a never-ending story of an open book of experiences. But love does live in ones heart where memories are but shadows lingering in your soul.”
