All Clarksville ISD students will be learning remotely next week due to flooding at the high school caused by freezing temperatures this week, Superintendent Kermit Ward said.

Ward said in a Facebook post that several classrooms flooded due to damaged water lines from historically cold temperatures and that the district has brought in a "company that specializes in restoration" to assess the damage and start repairs.

Ward estimated that work on the building should be complete by Wednesday. Clarksville ISD students have been learning remotely every Wednesday since the start of the school year and each student has access to a device to be able to work from home.
