Larue was taken into custody at the scene and later charged with Harvey’s murder, Birch said..
Larue was booked into Lamar County Jail shortly before 7 a.m. on Sunday, where he remained today. He is being held on a $250,000 bond, according to Lamar County Jail officials.
Harvey’s body was sent for autopsy, Birch said.
The Texas Rangers are assisting Reno Police Department, and Birch said more details will be released as they become available.
