The Paris Junior College Lady Dragons basketball team hosted its sophomore night game at the Hunt Center against Coastal Bend, but ultimately fell 61-47.

The Lady Dragons fought hard, but couldn’t notch their fourth win in conference play despite 20 points from sophomore guard Mackenzie Tillman. Along with Tillman, point guard Jaida Muhammad finished with 11 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists, while Lindsey Thorpe added 8 points and 9 rebounds. Heaven Hawkins also chipped in with 4 points and 12 rebounds.

The Lady Dragons will play again at 2 p.m. Saturday at Blinn.
